1.1 Products Covered

This Refund & Return Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all vitalworlds Products purchased directly through vitalworlds.com. Products purchased through third-party retailers, resellers, or unauthorised distribution channels are not covered by this Policy and must be returned in accordance with the applicable third-party’s own return policy. By placing an order with vitalworlds, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

1.2 Purchase Types

This Policy applies equally to both:

One-Time Purchases (OTP): Single purchases with no recurring billing obligation.

Subscription Purchases: Recurring shipments managed through the Customer’s self-service subscription portal (powered by Skio). The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee under Section 2 applies only to the first order of a subscription.

This Policy has been drafted in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States (including the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and applicable state consumer protection statutes) and the European Union (including Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, as transposed into the national legislation of EU Member States).

2.3 Refund Process

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs: non-refundable (unless defective/damaged product)

2.4 No Return Required

No return needed due to consumable nature.

3. Subscription Management

3.1 Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via the portal at vitalworlds.com

3.2 Cancellation ≠ Refund

Stopping subscription only stops future charges.


4. One-Time Purchases

Same 90-day guarantee applies only to first order

Unshipped orders → full refund available.


5. Shipping Issues

Up to 16 days considered normal

5.2 Delays

After 16 days:

  • Full refund OR
  • Free reshipment

5.3 Damaged Products
